Organic is Costly. How Do I Make Choices?

According to the Environmental Working Group (EWG), some foods are more heavily pesticide laden than others: these foods have been deemed the "dirty dozen" by the EWG. So, if buying organic foods is important to you, first choose to buy the "dirty dozen" from the organic section.

Of course, if you're like me, remembering which foods are safer and which are potent is draining on the brain!
