Water Conservation

WOW again. Over this week, I gathered up about 2 gallons of reusable water. At first, that seemed like not much progress.

Then, I figured this out . . .

According to the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, the average per day water usage is 70 gallons. So, if each of the 105.5 million households (per the 2000 census performed by the U.S. Census Bureau) saved 2 gallons of water per day,

we'd have saved enough water for 8,258 people to use for an entire year!

Now, that sounds far more impressive for very little effort!
